Sydney Rudolf Steiner College - Anthroposophical Health

A weekend course exploring how Anthroposophical health principles can support childrens’ wellbeing and learning.

Learn about Rudolf Steiner’s picture of the child as it relates to health, wellbeing and learning. Explore the significance of rhythm, lifestyle and warmth: these are just some of the elements that form a string foundation of wellbeing on which a child can thrive in life and in the environment.

This workshop will explain all the elements that contribute to wellbeing and provide ways in which parents and educators can bring these elements into everyday life to support the children in their lives.

Facilitator Narelle Savage is a well known and highly experienced Anthroposophical General Practitioner who is trained in a variety of Integrative medical modalities.
